• Harmonization of supply chain planning relevant processes

• Support the continuous improvement of Supply Chain Processes

• Develop initiatives for improvement of supply chain planning processes and strategies

• Process standardization

• Support the Team Leaders in their supply chain optimization initiatives

• Improve the demand and S&OP process, improve the inventory control process and mechanism, inventory disposition process, mechanism and execution

• Major contribution to manufacturing planning (supply chain responsiveness and visibility, relationships with suppliers by providing demand forecast information, improve operational efficiency)

• Serving best practice solutions across European locations

• Ensure best practice supply chain process design, collaboration with other departments

• Train colleagues in standards, tools and their efficient application

Requirements:

• University degree in a relevant field (economics/supply chain/engineering)
• SAP knowledge
• experience in supply chain and project management
• Continuous Improvement expertise
• Fluency in English
• Analytical Thinking and flexibility
• cooperative, team player attitude
