Shop Manager (PE-8415)
– Leads, motivates and coordinates the team of shop assistants ensuring the best customer service
– Manages and assigns tasks appropriately to ensure the store is clean, organized, well-kept and priced correctly
– Response for following company policies and procedures and for preparing and running of special promotions (follows instruction from area manager)
– Serves and advises customers
– Handles payments by cash or card
– Receives and handles goods deliveries
– Realizes monthly inventories
– Reports to area manager
Requirements:
– Minimum of 2 years experience of supervising and managing a team in retail, preferably in the field of cosmetics,
– Fluent English knowledge
– Leadership qualities – focus on results, strategic planning, cooperation, humility
– Strong focusing on customers’ needs
