Sales Representative (SZJ - 8734)
– Acts as the primary point of contact to the customer, selling our company’s services across business units (Sea freight, Airfreight, Overland) with a specific focus on the assigned business unit
– Closely cooperates with operations to develop and apply specialized knowledge relative to the assigned business unit and trade lane (where applicable)
– Develop spot and regular opportunities with existing and new customers
– Customer retention engagement on assigned account portfolio
– Preparing and conducting customer visits, calls, presentations , negotiations and contracts
– Liaising with operations on pricing/RFQ preparation
– Input and timely update of sales activities utilizing CRM system
– Ensures proper transitioning of customer to operations in line with customer requirements.
What you need to have:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics
– Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
– Minimum 3 years of sales experience, in forwarding environment
– Very good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
– Proven track of building good relationships with external customers
– Flexible personality with positive attitude
– Driving licence
