– Master Data Incremental changes (Payroll Vendor Update)
– Earnings – Data Processing, Special Payments, Employee Reimbursements
– Deduction
– PAYROLL Reports
– Off-Cycle and Special Pay Cycles
– Online/Manual Check- Countries in Scope have Checks?
4. Compensation & Benefits

What you need to have:
Required/Must:
– At least 4 years of experience in HRO processes for Sr. Consultants
– Working knowledge in End-to-End HR functions along with Industry specific experience
– Good understanding of BPS/BPO operations, Key measures – KPI/SLAs (TAT, Accuracy etc.) of HRO processes
– English and German on a high level
