Human Resources Manager (SZJ-8640)
– Developing and implementing human resources policies and strategies according to HQ
– Implementing all HR systems to the company’s plant; performance management, recruitment, head count budgeting, travel expenses etc.
– Take part at all stages of the Com&Ben policies and procedures (annual comparative criteria, job mapping, salary hikes, application of global benefits, etc.)
– Leading recruitment process for both blue and white collar workers
– Prepares regular reports, analyzes them and follow up the actions accordingly
– Managing all payroll process and legal issues
– Responsible for overall change leadership within the company, creating a new environment and a global company culture; competitive, effective, performance-focused and team-oriented
– Understand needs of employees and take an action through the need
– Implementing and managing administrative works (fleet, meal, canteen, maintenance of the facilities, cleaning etc)
– Managing industrial relations and CLA (collective labor agreements) with the Union
Requirements:
– Good knowledge of Hungarian Labor Law & Social Security regulations
– Fluency in written and spoken English
– Excellent communication skills
– Proficiency in MS Office applications
– Result oriented personality with strong planning and analytical skills
– High sense of responsibilities and ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline oriented environment
– Experience in a multinational company is expected
