-Identify cost constituent parameters of material, labour, technology and propose best cost sourcing regions
-Support purchasing teams by fact-based, expert knowledge during the supplier price negotiations
-Calculate target prices of new products during the development phase
-Prepare cost and value analyses and identify cost saving potentials included process and manufacturing steps, raw material, supplier analysis, long term planning, cost structure

Requirements:

-At least 3- 5 years experience in the area of manufacturing / production planning / industrial engineering / cost analyzing knowledge
-Engineering Degree
-Knowledge of different metal working methods and technologies
-Analytical thinking, systematical work, strong communication skills
-Fluent English, German language advantage
-Ability to work autonomously in an interdisciplinary environment of purchasing, engineering and suppliers
-Willingness to travel worldwide
