Responsibilities:
• Leading the international electronic hardware development projects
• Planning the development process according to the client needs from the
proposal to the serial production
• Functional leading of the international engineer team
• keeping contact with plants, development departments and clients
• Support the manufacturing by quality and cost reduction side
• Budget, process and resource planning and follow up the results and
deadlines

Requirements:
• Electrical Engineering, mechatronics or comparable degree
• Experience in project management or active participation in development
projects
• Knowledge of digital and analog switching technology
• Fluent English
• Knowledge of EMC requirements and automotive standards are advantage
• Flexible, proactive personality, systematical thinking
