• Handling internal and external claims, creating action plans
• Creating and analysing 8D reports
• Preparing for audits, cooperating during auditing process
• Handling cutomer/project/supplier/production related issues
• Keeping contact with other departments and customers
• Updating and developing quality documentation system
• Supporting new product introduction projects
• In case of senior position coordinating the work of Quality Inspectors and Quality Technicians

Requirements:

• Engineering Degree (preferably Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineer)
• English language knowledge
• At least 2 years experience in relevant field
• Knowledge of quality methods: 8D, Control Plan, PPAP, APQP, FMEA
• Good coordination and problem solving skills
• Knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 and VDA 6.3 is an advantage
