Technical Support Engineer (SD-WAN) (TN-8489)
You will be providing Technical engineering support capability for a number of multinational customers
As the role holder, you will be doing device configuration, 2nd line incident handling, simply service requests, change execution, network management, and troubleshooting.
You will be be working on multiple customers in their Nokia Nuage (Agile Connect) and Cisco Viptela (CC SD WAN) network devices.
You will be performing proactive, reactive and pre-emptive maintenance actions.
You will be working in close cooperation with the higher level of support (like:3rd line, or the specialists)

Soft skills:
Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements is a must
Focusing on the objectives and the required outcomes of the processes during delivering a service is a must
Working with a cooperative and positive attitude in a group settings to achieve common goals is a must
The ability to convey information to someone effectively and efficiently while creating a good first impression and engaging the audience is a must
Ability to comprehend and to systematically organize the various aspects of a problem or situation is a must
Taking the responsibility and takes care of the consequences of making a decision is a must
Acting in advance of a future situation, e.g. making things happen, putting energy to solve the situation is a must
Professional skills:
CCNA level network knowledge is a must
At least 1-3 years professional experiences is a must
Deeper network knowledge is an advantage
Familiarity with Nokia Nuage and Cisco SD WAN technologies is an advantage
CCNA exam is an advantage
English on a conversational level is a must
