German Speaking Inside Sales Account Manager (PE-8401)
As Inside Sales Account Manager (German speaking), you will be in charge of:
– Building long term relationships with Customer and with the Internal Teams
– Creating the client landscape and understanding the customer inventory and cost base
– Generating leads / new business opportunities using Inside Sales defined capabilities
– Protecting existing revenues with resigning or upgrading existing contracts
– Administrating and forecasting business opportunities in Salesforce
– Selling the company’s portfolio using Inside Sales defined capabilities according to account strategy: including cross-sell and up-sell
– Targeting the customers with occasional sales campaigns, delivering campaign targets
– Acting as a SPOC for customers within our company together with Internal Teams
What you need to have:
Professional skills:
– Degree level or equivalent job experience is a must
– Ability to work independently and taking ownership of sales projects is a must
– Previous experience in customer facing roles is an advantage
– Telco/IT sector experience is an advantage
– Enthusiasm about technology and telecommunication is an advantage
Language skills:
– English on a fluent level is a must
– German on a fluent level is a must
