Technical Support Specialist (BB - 8577)
• Own, lead and drive issues and represent our company during technical conference calls
• Handle technically complex incidents & changes
• Be responsible for cooperating with internal and external stakeholders and making sure you leave a lasting good impression
• Have the opportunity to learn from 3rd line network engineers throughout troubleshooting sessions
• Be exposed to a wide array of internetworking technologies (MPLS, DMVPN, SDWAN, ZScaler, BYOD WLAN, VoIP just to name a few) through supporting complex network solutions
• Find out whether you are an early bird or a night owl thanks to the weekly rotating shift pattern
What you need to have:
• In-depth understanding of LAN/WAN technologies (think CCNA-level knowledge, the certificate is not needed)
• 1-2 years’ of experience in technical support
• Familiarity with the following products is an advantage: Juniper, Adva, Avaya, Ipanema, Meraki
• Advanced English is a must due to it being the working language at our company
