Dutch Speaking HRO Consultant (BB-8731)
– Recruitment (Manage Manpower Planning & Budgeting, Job Publishing, Candidate Selection Process, Offer and Hiring, On-boarding & Probation)
– Employee Data Management (Maintain Employee Data and organizational data, Hire/Rehire, Manage International Assignment initiation)
– Pre Pay-roll (Master Data Incremental changes, Earnings – Data Processing, Special Payments, Employee Reimbursements, Deduction, PAYROLL Reports, Off-Cycle and Special Pay Cycles, Online/Manual Check)
– Compensation & Benefits (Compensation Strategy and Philosophy, Benefits Administration, Billing / Vendor chargebacks, Severance Pay Inputs)
– Performance Management (Performance Planning, review and evaluation)
– L&D (Planning & Curriculum Design, Content Design, Content Mgmt. (Learning Admin.))
– Additional tasks: Perform any other business-related value adding activities outside of SOP as assigned by supervisor
What you need to have:
– At least 4 years of experience in HRO processes for Sr. Consultants
– Working knowledge in End-to-End HR functions along with Industry specific experience
– Good understanding of BPS/BPO operations, Key measures – KPI/SLAs (TAT, Accuracy etc.) of HRO processes
– English and Dutch on a high level
