Productivity & Identity Lead Products Engineer (TB-8624)
• Define products so they are consumed in understandable shape and form, on-premise or in the cloud
• Describe and advertise product value in terms of user experience, ease of delivery and scalability
• Own change management and rollout principles, materials and best practices that are documented and shared
• Measure consumption per industry standard defined product metrics
• Design and document product architecture so it is sustainable, applicable within hybrid data centre environments, at local country and centre level as required
• Manage product capacity and licensing through the company budgeting process
NEEDS TO ACQUIRE SKILLS TO BECOME TECHNOLOGY DOMAIN EXPERTS WITH FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Product lifecycle in terms of technology standards
• Hand over to operations: enablement of Service Desk and L1/L2 Infrastructure Operations to support products
• Tight collaboration with PMO in relation to demand and roadmap management
• L3/L4 support
• Assisting to determine product cost and solution pricing
• Initial Product Build for reliability and security
• Product Capacity Management (current volume, demand management and right sizing of product based on consumption units)
• Assisting product manager and procurement with subscription and license management
• Product Satisfaction Management (evaluation, fit for use, acceptance, etc)
• Assisting Solutions Architecture with Roadmap Management (next gen, end of life, availability dates)
• Product Monitoring (needs to be enabled before TTO)
• Problem Management
• Initial Product Communication and Awareness (initial materials, videos, SOPs/WIKIs, awareness campaign, etc)
Requirements:
• Microsoft MCSE at minimum, Azure or Amazon/AWS training and/or certification, Office 365 training,
• Microsoft certified
• trainer is an advantage
• 8+ years of engineering experience in unified collaboration and/or identity management domains
