Commercial Analyst - English + German (PE - 8677)
– monitoring service changes and their impact on company’s cost base
– analyzing cost and revenue and investigating discrepancies
– taking ownership of resolving any issues related to the cost improvement initiative
– project managing a larger number of smaller size customers
– reporting outcome of cost / margin analysis, savings
– cooperating with Account Managers, Commercial Managers, Contract Managers, Business Managers

Soft skills:
– Focusing on the objectives and the required outcomes of the processes during delivering a service is a must
– Working with a cooperative and positive attitude in a group settings to achieve common goals is a must
– The ability to convey information to someone effectively and efficiently while creating a good first impression and engaging the audience is a must
– Ability to comprehend and to systematically organize the various aspects of a problem or situation is a must
– Taking the responsibility and takes care of the consequences of making a decision is a must
– Acting in advance of a future situation, e.g. making things happen, putting energy to solve the situation is a must
Professional skills:
– Very good knowledge of MS Office Applications and agile with complex and large volume of data handling is a must
– Bachelor degree and/or minimum 1 year working experience in SSC/Customer Service environment is a must
– Interest in telecommunication field is an advantage
Language skills:
– English on a fluent level is a must
– German on a fluent level is a must
