Sales Bonus Calculation Specialist (TV-8768)
As Sales Bonus Calculation Specialist, you will be in charge of:
– Initally be working on our data and calculation centralisation project, working through large data files, understanding any variances and proposing and managing through to resolution.
– Administering pay plan policies, managing HR, target and achievement data to produce right first time, approved & auditable sales bonus calculations. Respectful but tenacious pursuit of approvals to meet payroll deadlines
– Producing and issuing sales bonus statements and managing queries
– Supporting the quarterly forecasting activity by producing bonus calculations using agreed data feeds and treatments.
– Analysis and presentation of bonus calculation information for projects and adhoc requests and input or management of team projects
– Working as a team to improve current processes, inputting into policies and presenting ideas to transform the way we work in addition to supporting the implementation of the ideas
What you need to have:
Soft skills:
– Ability to present to senior (CFO level) stakeholders and advise on Pay Plan and Group policy and challenge where required.
– Ability to work under pressure, plan ahead and arrange approval meetings, replan and rearrange when circmumstances do not allow original plan to be executed. Follow up on actions from approval meetings
Professional skills:
– Intermediate excel skills eg: formulas, macro’s, VLOOKUP’s etc
– Sales Pay Plan & Group Guidance knowledge is an advantage
– Sales and or Finance background is an advantage
– Intermediate MS Access knowledge
Language skills:
– English on a fluent level
