• Manage network and security devices on Benelux datacenters
• Provide technical support, fix escalated technical problems, propose solutions to guarantee the customer infrastructure availability, dedicated and shared on the DC
CAB participation: analyze and apply exploitation changes and network / security deployement for customer infrastructure
• Follow the good application of change and incident ticket linked to customers;
• Respect ITIL processes, incidents and changes SLA
• Incident Management participation: root cause analisis, diagnostics, resolution, escalation, patch upgrade, procedure writing
• On duty organization participation, with good skill level and autonomy
• Lead technical expertise on high skilled issues, with deep analysis
• Work with Design team and provide network and firewal expertise

Required experience and skills:

• At least 5 years hands-on experience in operation and management of network and security infrastructure
• Virtualisation: UCS, HP Blade deployment, Vcenter, Virtual switch DVS, Cisco nexus 1000v, Vmware NSX
• Firewalls: Fortigate, Fortimanager, FortiDDOS, Cisco ASA
• Switches & routers: Nexus 9000 NXOS, 7000, 5000, Cisco ASR
BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, STP, Nexus VPC protocols, SAN switches, DNS and IPPLAN best practices is an advantage
• Netscaler, Fortigate, Bluecoat proxy, URL and IPS filtering, Check point Firewalls, Nagios, Solarwind, scripting is an advantage
• Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements
• Focusing on the objectives and the required outcomes of the processes during delivering a service
• Taking the responsibility and takes care of the consequences of making a decision is an advantage
• Initiative and autonomy is an advantage
• English on a fluent level
