Inside Sales Voice and Collaboration Specialist (French OR Spanish required) (BB - 8407)
• Inside Sales Specialist is the pre and post sales point of contact for defined customer(s) and projects
• Managing renewals and growth for existing clients espcially around Collaboration and UC products
• Regularly reviewing focus accounts with Account Managers in order to identify improvement areas technically and advise on cross and up selling.
• Handling incremental sales of new hardware and devices (VC systems, Sparkboards, Surface Hub, Dolby Conference Phones etc
• Targeting “bolt on” service sales to existing (BT and non-BT) UC deployments (including streaming services, monitoring services, Professional Service packages, Voice/SIP.)
• Designing the optimal solution for the customer in terms of technology, cost and service in cooperation with local specialist, Sales Engineers and product line
• Managing and verifying order specific, technical, design (technical solution) and commercial documentation (quotes and P&L) i.e. Data Capture Form and order forms before submitting to order entry
• Keeping Account Managers updated on products, tools, processes and organising internal trainings for Account Managers
Requirements:
• Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements
• Focusing on the objectives and the required outcomes of the processes during delivering a service
• Working with a cooperative and positive attitude in a group settings to achieve common goals
• The ability to convey information to someone effectively and efficiently while creating a good first impression and engaging the audience
• Ability to comprehend and to systematically organize the various aspects of a problem or situation
• Taking the responsibility and takes care of the consequences of making a decision
• Acting in advance of a future situation, e.g. making things happen, putting energy to solve the situation
Professional skills:
• Relevant experience in IT, Telecommunications, Network, especially in Voice, Collaboration and UC
• Presentation skill – for technical and commercial solution to varied audiences
• Excellent communications & negotiation skills
• Good understanding of profit and lost tables is an advantage
Language skills:
• English on a fluent level
• French or Spanish on a fluent level
