Technically lead and manage a team of high performing desk based engineers
You will need to lead, train and motivate the techincal team
You will be be working on multiple customers in their Cisco Viptela (CC SD WAN) and Nokia Nuage (Agile Connect) network devices.
Role will require supporting and evolving the aforementioed products, and collobarate cross functionaly with other stakeholders, to regulate and improve service for our customers

Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements
Focusing on the objectives and the required outcomes of the processes during delivering a service

Professional skills:

CCNP level network knowledge
at least 5-8 years professional experiences
Deep understanding of LAN/WAN/WLAN/BGP/MPLS/OSPF/EIGRP/DMVPN/IPSEC technologies
Familiarity with Cisco Viptela (CC SD WAN) and Nokia Nuage (Agile Connect) technologies. is an advantage
