Engagement Specialist (BB-8720)

Your tasks will be…
Engagement. Development. Guidance. Partnership. Innovation. Support. – We are looking for a member of our HR team in a new role.
On a daily basis:
– You will develop new and innovative ways to engage with employees including seeking and acting on their feedback to identify the most effective methods
– You will be working on achieving KPIs for retention of employees and improved engagement
– You will perform a welcome support role for new recruits to the company in line with owning and governing the “Welcome Team” activities
– You will deliver a presentation at each induction day
– You will hold regular Employee Focus Groups to seek views and feedback on key business issues – also providing a summary report of outcomes to Senior Management
– You will work with the Line managers on bi-annual Employee Survey results, develop and deliver action plans for improvement
– You will Work to improve the overall employee experience from the recruitment process to end of employment
– You will own and govern the internal career and talent programs
– You will deliver and improve the internal and external communication strategy that includes internal communications with staff and wider media.
– You will be exploring and executing social media communications strategy
– You will work on projects to ensure communication and engagement issues are identified and addressed
We are looking for you if…
– You are experienced of working in HR/Internal Communications/Engagement role for 2 years at least
– You have previous experience of successfully delivering engagement and internal communications duties in a fast moving environment
– You have fluent level of English
– You have high energy, passion, enthusiasm with a high level of “can do” attitude.
– You have excellent interpersonal skills – friendly, approachable and professional
– You are a confident communicator with the ability to relate to staff at all levels and develop strong working relationships
– You are able to demonstrate confidentiality, empathy and sensitivity, especially when handling sensitive situations and information
– You have excellent planning, time management and organizational skills
– You have excellent written skills with attention to detail, accuracy and ability to adapt style to audience
– You have diplomacy, ability to influence others
– You can produce reports and present statistical information
