Performing analysis of network security needs and contributes to design, integration, and installation of hardware and software.
Reviewing, advising and implementing firewall changes in line with BT & customer security policies and change control processes.
Deliver and verify the implementation and operational end to end delivery for a subset of an IT security service and for a subset of the IT Security strategy, policy, procedures, processes, systems, threat identification & response that provide IT security services and solutions for or on security infrastructure.
Prepare changes and implement on customer devices by design guidance
Prioritising and organising assigned tasks with good time management
Analyze the customers requests and provide feedback to be aligned with BT policies and processes

Valid certification of Cisco or Checkpoint (CCSA or CCNA level) is an advantage
