Based in Budapest, this position is responsible for supporting the FP&A Manager EME , with a dotted line to Brand FP&A Managers, in the following areas:
– Review and follow-up analysis of actuals issues for assigned brand’s SG&A ( aprox USD 100 M)
– Support the preparation and analysis of budget/forecasts for assigned brands SG&A
– Financial project support on other significant improvement projects for the EME Region.
– Provide roll forwards for SG&A as well as financial analysis, preparation of control reports and validation of achieved savings
– Explanation of Opex variances (Actual/Budget and Forecast)
– High level of impact as the role is the key pivot to support and unfold new finance system implementation and processes
– Finance improvement on business profitability and working Capital. Need to have a proactive approach.
– Influence the Brand objectives, the management actions and the credit management
– Large amount of interaction with organizations, in particular with brands, FP&A Managers

Requirements:

– Highly computer literate (SAP, HFM/ Essbase, Excel, Access)
– Deep understanding of finance, controlling and accounting principles
– Strong knowledge and understanding of the company and business structure
– Can train others on new systems and related finance principles and processes
– Experience of a multi-brand organization and complex environment
– Solid appreciation of business model complexity
– Good knowledge of the company and agriculture business operations
– Analytical approach using good logic to form a pragmatic approach solution
– Strong and detailed understanding of financial statements (income statement, balance sheet)
– Result oriented
– Experience of constant change and continuous improvement

Qualifications and experience:

– College education and recognized accounting qualification
– Good systems skills – Hyperion, SAP. Excel, Powerpoint
– Minimum 5 years in Finance, Pricing or similar function
– Project management skills. Ability to multi-task
– Tenacious and work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
– Good communication skills. Work effectively across different countries and cultures
– Fluent English (ability to conduct business in fully English speaking environment), Advanced French or German is an advantage
