Transition Team Leader (SZJ - 8711)
1. Leadership
– Building up and managing a Global Team
– Implement and manage the global processes and procedures to a standardized approach into the Budapest based office of the company.
– Business System Development / Enhancement / Deployment
– Ensure adequate and appropriate training
– Provide routine HR requirements are met for team inclusive of operational requirements for office space, equipment and systems.
2. Global Strategy
– Collaboration for the development and deployment of the global strategies and best practices for the team.
3. Business Enterprise Reporting
– Provide structured and routine reports and analytics to Global Team Manager
Requirements
– 4 year proven leadership experience,
– At least 2 years experience in leading transaction projects,
– 2 years experience in Supply Chain/Procurement/Cash Collection/Commercial related fields
– Strong presentation competency, and business acumen
– High competency in electronic business systems and tools
– Fluent in English
