Heading up a small, but seasoned team of experts, you would be responsible for setting the communications strategy in line with where the company is heading to and thus you would play a crucial role in delivering the company objectives. When it comes to internal communications, you would also help making all the great activities visible that can build pride for what we do and increase engagement of our employees.

We are looking for someone who could be the safeguard of our corporate reputation, who can represent us in external contexts and be the anchor in crisis situations. We would also utilize your vast experience in advising our senior management in how to deal with the media and how to communicate company priorities to internal and external audiences.

What makes you a promising candidate?

You have at least 5-10 years professional experience, including implementation of communication activities towards in a fast paced, dynamic, relationship-based environment.
You are fluent in English.
Being our company spokesperson, we would expect you to have excellent relationship with journalists in Hungary and proven track record in delivering messages towards external stakeholders. Having experience in working with/for agencies is also a must.
You are tech-savvy, and have a great understanding of the SoMe mechanisms.
You are not afraid of communicating hard messages; you are creative in solving problems and have a challenger’s mindset, with strategic and structured thinking.
You have the ability to influence stakeholders and to motivate the team
